“All Star” simply means you’ve provided Linkedin with all the information they want you to. It doesn’t have to be accurate or spectacular in any way. The information you provide on your profile will influence where you rank in certain searches, so be intentional about that. An algorithm gives sort priority in search and uses metrics like connections, engagement, activity, etc.
