Abound will set up and host the monthly webinar, work with sponsors to create the keynote presentation each month, and host the event on behalf of the sponsors. An Abound team member will be on the call to moderate and ensure the event runs as designed. The event structure will be a 15-20 minute topical keynote followed by a 20-minute expert panel discussion and a 15-20 minute open mic audience Q&A. Abound will use a client’s COPILOT account to invite connections to the event. Abound will also email the people who register after the event to try and get them on a call and send a replay. Finally, we will take the recorded webinar and edit it for posting and follow-up.
